Coordinates weekly staffing and review meetings with members of the treatment team. Ensures that patients meet with the treatment team according to policies and procedures. Acts as liaison between various members of the treatment team including, patients, psychiatrists, social workers, nursing, member of psychology, patient families and MHA's. Assists treatment plan writer with gathering data for initial treatment plans and updates. Performs routine (journey-level) administrative support work. Work involves providing internal administrative support including disseminating information, assisting with maintaining filing systems, and preparing and editing reports and documents. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Prepares and disseminates information concerning agency programs and services. Prepares, edits, and distributes correspondence, reports, studies, forms, and documents. Performs general office duties such as filing, answering and routing phone calls, routing mail, and ordering and maintaining office supplies. Responds to inquiries and explains rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Assists in planning meetings, conferences, and seminars. Assists in compiling and entering data for charts, graphs, databases, summaries, or reports. May assist with managing and maintaining schedules and travel arrangements for managers and directors. Performs related work as assigned. Works harmoniously with other managers and medical staff. Compliance with DSHS Immunization Policy required: serologic evidence of immunity to, or documented evidence of vaccination against measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chickenpox), Tdap, annual vaccination against influenza and hepatitis B (if applicable).serves in a supporting role to meet the agency's obligations for disaster response and/or recovery or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation. Performs organizational and managerial duties and coordinates tasks in accordance with facility procedures and policies to meet the needs of patients, their families, and the community. Works harmoniously with other managers and medical staff.
