Performs routine work in (2) two or more maintenance building construction trades. Work involves maintaining and repairing buildings, stationary equipment and motorized equipment. Work from simple drawings, blue prints or schematics. Work involves carpentry, plumbing, sanitation systems. Two (2) years experience in one trade preferred. Work requires heavy physical activity. Work is performed independently and under the general supervision of the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor I. Must have the ability to follow oral or written instructions. Work requires driving to other areas as needed. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Must have a valid Texas Driver's license with less then 10 points against record as per TDHSH guidelines.
