The Data Analyst II performs routine (journey-level) data analysis work. Work involves creating and running queries to generate data sets, analyzing the data, and producing reports and graphics based on that data. Activities include a mix of running routine reports, responding to ad hoc report requests, and developing new reports to address identified needs. Responsibilities include ongoing development and technical support of local databases plus training and support of the individuals throughout the hospital using them. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent
judgment.

Performs other duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to actively participating and/or serving in a supporting role to meet the agency's obligations for disaster response and/or recovery or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation. Such participation may require an alternate shift pattern assignment and/or location.
