Description


Clerk I - The Record Clerk shall be appointed to and serve under the Director of Client Records.

The Record Clerks major functions include responsibility and accountability for maintaining complete and accurate Master Folders for all individuals assigned to the facility.

The Record Clerk is also responsible for maintaining the Guardianship log and keeping it updated and making sure that PM Office in our Electronic Record is also updated at all times to reflect the Legal Status of all individuals assigned to the facility.

The Record Clerk will be available for additional or other duties as assigned by the Director of Client Records.
