Performs highly advanced (senior-level) psychiatric and/or clinical nursing work. Work involves assessing, planning, and providing comprehensive psychiatric patient care independently or in collaboration with other healthcare professionals within the scope of the individual's privileges and delegation from the supervising physician. All essential job functions are performed under the supervision of a designated delegating facility physician. All essential job functions performed must follow the rules and regulations of the TX Board of Nursing and the TX Medical Board. May plan, assign, and/or supervise the work of others. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
