This position reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor I. A primary duty is to functions as the supervisor for the CAFM program (Computer Assisted Facilities Management). This position requires the ability to do moderately complex administrative support duties and complex technical program assistance work, will require supervision and training of other administrative support staff as well as training the maintenance group leaders in the use of CAFM program. This position is also directly responsible for maintaining the current FAS (Facility Assessment Survey) data. The program support duties will also require serving as a focal point for system input modification and for interface responsibilities between Rio Grande State Center plant maintenance other Rio Grande State Center customers and Central Office Maintenance and Construction personnel. Also requires a high degree of initiative and judgement in performing these support duties. Work is performed independently and under the general supervision of the Plant Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor I. Work requires driving to other areas as needed. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Must have a Valid Texas Driver's license with less than 10 points against record as per TDHHSC.
